how to fix built-in administrator error on windows 10

well, everyday a lot of windows 8 and 8.1  users  upgrade to windows 10 and it is cool but GUYS you need to know that WIN 10 is not window 8.1 and neither 8,so i guess that you are having trouble with a lot of things when you are up to edit something or even open a setting...and every damn time you try to do something like the examples above a notification pops out like this photo below
this isn't just about photos it was just an example...and NOW i am going to show you how to fix it
so a lot of you guys have heard that windows 10 is the most protected operating system ever so you will probably laugh inside silently or maybe even cry it depends on the situaton..so lets work

first of all you don't need to install anything you just need to correct some settings
press windows "start" button and type and search "uac" and now what your looking for is "Change Users Account Control Settings"

and now you open it and when the seeting window comes up you will set it to the third level from down as in the photo so now you have to restart your pc and the problem is solved.....
please share with your friends and maybe you can help someone else
