US technology giant , Microsoft announced that it will buy social network dedicated professionals , or LinkedIn for $ 26 billion . LinkedIn currently has over 433 million users . Amounts of money with which Microsoft bought the famous social network has the figure of 26.2 billion dollars and the arrangement is exactly expected to be completed at the end of the year . Microsoft plans a price of 196 dollars to give LinkedIn for each share of the company , or nearly double their value at the close of the stock on Friday. However , Microsoft said that LinkedIn will retain its name and independence as social network .
